A holistic running training also provides an adapted, active regeneration. The mini roller is a clever aid for relaxing and regenerating the muscles (self-massage). Here you will find an information brochure including exercises for the workplace as well as at home and you can order mini rollers directly.

Regeneration after the competition

The duration of the recovery time depends on the training condition, age etc.. A rule of thumb is that you pause for half as many days as the competition is long. For the 6-kilometer course of the B2Run Swiss Company Run, you will only start running after three days of training. We wish you a good rest.
