Privacy Policy B2Mission
Welcome to B2Mission. B2Mission was developed by Infront Sports & Media AG (hereinafter B2Run) in cooperation with District Technologies Pte Ltd (hereinafter DISTRICT). The privacy of our users is very important to us, which is why we have drawn up the following data protection declaration.
To register as a user in the B2Mission app, you must read and accept this data protection declaration. Otherwise it is not possible to use B2Mission.
1. Consent - Privacy Policy
You agree that your personal data mentioned below will be processed by the person responsible for the purposes stated in the data protection declaration.
2. Which personal data are recorded and processed?
When you register and use the B2Mission app, the following personal data will be processed: name, email address, gender.
We generally collect the personal data from you.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you will receive push messages on your smartphone as part of the B2Mission participation. Contact is only made for motivational purposes or in the case of winning notifications. You can activate or deactivate the functionality of push messages at any time using the settings on your smartphone.
3. The purpose of collecting and processing your data
You can access and visit the B2Mission website without registering. However, the B2Mission app can only be used after successful registration.
We use the data you provide and record to provide the services we offer in accordance with our terms of use, to answer your questions and to operate and improve our B2Mission offers.
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The only exceptions to this are our service and contractual partners who are used in the context of processing the contractual relationship and companies that serve B2Run as cooperation partners.
Data processing for other purposes or transfer to third parties, unless expressly stipulated in these data protection provisions, will not take place without your express consent. Something else only applies if we are legally obliged to disclose data (information to law enforcement authorities and courts; information to public bodies that receive data due to legal regulations, e.g. tax authorities).
The personal data of all participants is used in aggregated and anonymized form for statistics, trend evaluations, for the newsletter, for the publication of academic content and push notifications during the campaign. The data collected is aggregated to such an extent that it is no longer possible to identify individuals.
In principle, every user has the option of anonymously participating in B2Mission by using a nickname. Entered data can only be viewed by the user himself. Other users of the challenge can track how many points user XY has achieved for motivational purposes. The routes run and the checkpoints reached can also be viewed by other users.
B2Mission uses technology known as "cookies" on the registration website, which allows you to save your registration information and other data from time to time when you visit our website. A cookie is a small file that we place on your computer.

If you reject individual cookies, it is possible that certain functions and services of B2Mission can no longer be used. For example, we use a session cookie that is limited to the session in order to keep you logged in for the duration of the session.
All direct communication between you and the B2Mission staff is stored electronically. Communication takes place via a secure HTTPS channel via the browser you use for online registration and via the app during the campaign. We use push notifications in the app as a further communication channel. We use email communication for password recovery and technical support. Your data is backed up in accordance with the latest security standards.
4. The data controller and recipients of personal data

The person responsible works in a trusting manner with various partners in the context of data processing. Corresponding contracts for order processing / data protection agreements have been concluded with the partners.

With special permission and if required by law, other persons may have access to your personal data (e.g. authorities, courts and other public institutions).
5. Storage of personal data
The person responsible has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to securely store and process your personal data. B2Run does not pass on your personal data to third parties without your express consent.
Your personal data can be deleted at any time after B2Mission has ended. To do this, send an e-mail to info@b2run.ch.
6. Obligation to provide data
In order to be able to use the full range of services from B2Mission, the following information is required: Username (this can be your name or a nickname, such as MickyMaus), email address, a password of your choice. Your e-mail address is only required for service reasons, e.g. to reset your password or to receive information on the ongoing B2 mission.

8. Your rights
You have the right to receive information about your personal data. You can also request that incorrect data be corrected. In addition, under certain conditions you have the right to delete data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability.

9. Revocation of Consent
If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this at any time with effect for the future. Since the data processing in the context of B2Mission use is based on your consent, after you withdraw your consent, B2Mission can usually no longer be used.
Special conditions for membership in B2Mission
1. Disclaimer of Liability
Neither Infront B2Run GmbH nor employees of the company, our authors, our business partners or other general authoritative contributors during the program use are directly or indirectly responsible for the consequences of the use of general information and information.
2. Rights to material related to B2Mission
All website rights are owned by B2Run or our partners and may not be copied, sold, distributed or reproduced without written permission. However, you are allowed to print content for your own non-commercial use if you do not edit it. At the same time, you must print out and attach these user conditions so that there is no doubt about the conditions for using the content.
3. Ethical rules
B2Run reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, abusive, defamatory, contains advertising, is illegal, or otherwise violates common decency and ethics. B2Run also reserves the right to block / deny access to users who do not respect these requirements and guidelines.
4. Changes to these terms
The person responsible can change these conditions at any time. When this happens it will be visible on this page on the website. Your data is only recorded and can only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions established at the time the terms and conditions were accepted.
