Bibs

The bib collection stand is right next to the info desk. The bibs can be collected by the child itself or by the contact person indicated.

You can collect your bibs at 3:30 p.m. on the event day.

Categories

The participating children will be evaluated according to their age group in one of the 4 categories. We are looking for the fastest girls and the fastest boys in each category.

Changing room / shower facilities

We offer participants a limited number of changing rooms and shower facilities. These are located near the start and finish areas. Capacity is limited, so you may need to queue.

Conditions for participation

All children of school age are eligible to participate. Whether as an individual, with the school class or the sports club - everyone is very welcome!

Contact person

When registering the child, it is necessary to provide a contact person. We will send this person the information about the event and contact him/her in case of special events such as weather-related postponements, safety-relevant information, an event cancellation or emergencies.

Deadline for registration

The deadline for registration for B2Run Kids is on 27 April 2022. Until then, parents can register kids and make changes to bookings.

Parents or an adult accompanying person can register last-minute participants online until 16 May 2022. After that, final late registrations and changes can be made directly on site at the info desk. Please note that for late registrations, no name will appear on your bib.

Getting there

We recommend you to travel on public transport to the station "Stadion".

There is no parking available on the event site. If you are travelling by car, you will need to park in a local car park. Paid parking is available at Parking Stadion 1 or Parking Aabachstrasse.

Health

To help us minimize risks and avoid any accidents, we would like to ask all children to only take part in the race if they are in good health. This is extremely important as it will ensure that all participants can enjoy a fantastic run.

Cancellations:
Please note that a cancellation of a booked starter package is permitted. Please inform us of the cancellation by e-mail.

Info desk

Questions may arise on the day of the race itself. We will be at the info desk to help you with these. The info desk is always located in the start / finish area.

Liability

We accept no liability for damage to health, accidents, theft and other losses or damage.

Prices

Participation in the B2Run Kids is free of charge.

Registration

All children of school age are eligible to participate. The registration of a child takes place via the platform "MaxFun Register" and must only be made by a third person of age. This third person can be, for example, a teacher or a parent of the child.

Book (with or without user account) one or more starting places in the corresponding category and enter the child's name and date of birth. Also enter your contact details. We need this information to send you the event information and it is used for your immediate information on the day of the event in case of special events (safety, weather) or emergencies.

Registration is free of charge.

Time keeping

With B2Run, we measure the running time using a timing chip that works like a stopwatch. This means all the participants receive their individual time.

The timing chip is fitted on the bib. The time starts automatically as soon as the child crosses the start line. And it also ends automatically when the child crosses the finish line.

Thanks to this system, it doesn't matter whether the child leaves the start line immediately after the starting signal, or lines up at the back and only get to start a bit later. The time only starts when the child crosses the start line.

Valuables

We provide free safe storage for valuables for all participants. After the race, the race number serves as the collection slip for your valuables. The valuables safe storage facility is signposted.
